What you're paying for, plainly.

The software is free. The bill is for hosting, collaboration, and humans you can reach. Local mode stays for keeps, so if Soriku ever shuts down your engine just keeps running.

Cloud vs local

Where the limits come from.

Rate limits are a cloud-API thing: requests per minute, requests per day, tokens per minute, even audio-seconds per hour. Soriku runs local-first, so the meter only runs when you choose the cloud.

Cloud API onlySoriku · local-first
Requests per day Capped per tier Unlimited on local
Tokens per minute Throttled Your hardware's limit
Speech-to-text Metered audio-seconds Built-in local Whisper
Where prompts go Their servers Your machine by default
You pay for Every token, metered Hosting & teamwork, not code

Bring your own cloud keys (Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Groq) when you want them. Routing spends those limited tokens only where they earn it.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I really use Soriku for free?

Yes. Download it and run it on your own hardware, free, with no login required and no feature gates. Pro and Team add the hosted side: heavier models online, plus collaboration.

What's the difference between Pro and Free?

Pro adds Soriku Cloud, which gives you managed hosting, web access from anywhere, and a hosted model gateway. If you're happy running it on your own machine, Free is the whole product.

Do I need a Simezu account?

Only for Pro and Team, since Simezu is the sign-in and billing layer for the whole ecosystem. Free runs entirely without auth.

What about the EU AI Act?

Soriku is designed inside the Act, not adapted after. Enterprise includes formal compliance support; the rest stays compliant by default thanks to local-first architecture.

Is Soriku GDPR-compliant?

Local mode keeps prompts, completions, and agent memory on your machine, so for most work there is no third-party processing to account for. The cloud is opt-in per prompt. Atypisch is a Dutch company on European infrastructure, and a DPA is available on request.

Will I hit rate limits?

Not on local models, there are no requests-per-day or tokens-per-minute caps when a task runs on your own hardware, and speech-to-text runs locally too. Rate limits only apply to remote providers, and only to the calls you route there, which Soriku keeps to a minimum.

Annual discount?

Yes, two months free on annual. Toggle on the plan card at checkout.
