The terms for using Soriku and this website. Plain language where it can be, precise where it has to be.
The desktop app
The Soriku desktop app is free to download and run on your own hardware, without an account. We plan to open the source later; until then the engine itself is not published anywhere.
Pro, Team, and Cloud
Paid plans add hosting, collaboration, and support, billed through Simezu. Those services come with their own terms at checkout. You pay for the hosting and the people you can reach, not for the code.
Acceptable use
Use Soriku for lawful work. Do not use the hosted services to break the law, to attack others, or to resell access in a way that the plan does not allow. Bring-your-own-key usage is between you and the provider whose key you use.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty. Soriku routes and runs models; it does not guarantee that a model is correct. You stay responsible for what you do with the output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Atypisch is registered in the Netherlands.
