Privacy
The short version: when you run Soriku locally, we never see your prompts or your data, because they stay on your machine. This page explains the rest.
Who we are
Soriku is built by Atypisch, a company registered in the Netherlands. For anything in this policy you can reach us through the contact page.
What we collect
In local mode, nothing. Prompts, completions, agent memory, and your capability data never leave the device, so there is nothing for us to collect or store.
- Waitlist: if you sign up, we store your email address and which page you signed up from, so we can let you know when access opens. That is it.
- Pro and Team: sign-in and billing run through Simezu, the identity and billing layer for the Atypisch ecosystem. Simezu handles your account data under its own policy.
- The website: no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are self-hosted, so your visit is not shared with a font CDN.
When you use the cloud
If you route a task to a remote provider with your own key, that prompt goes to the provider you chose, under their terms. Soriku does not sit in the middle storing it. You decide per task whether anything leaves your machine.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. For the waitlist that is a single email address, removed on request. The detail on data-subject rights and breach handling lives in the GDPR docs.
